Digital Surf Tribe offers marketing and creative services including:

Meta, Google, and TikTok ad campaigns
Visual identity and branding
Photo and video content production
Coaching and audits

All services require a written quote approved by the client. Acceptance of the quote implies full agreement with these terms.

3. Photography Sales

Photos are sold via the Pixiest platform.
Prices, formats, and delivery conditions are displayed on Pixiest.
Once downloaded, digital photos are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
All photos are for personal use only, unless a commercial license has been granted in writing.

The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of any materials submitted for use in advertising or publishing.
Digital Surf Tribe is not liable for any interruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Pixiest).

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
In case of dispute, both parties will seek an amicable solution before taking legal action.

All personal data collected by Digital Surf Tribe is used strictly for communication, service delivery, and order processing.
